    The Committee on Energy, Industry, Labor, Economic Development and Small Business moves to amend the bill on page two, section one, line three, following the word “authorized”, by inserting the following:

    “with the following amendment:

    On page two, subsection 3.5, line four, following the word “November”, by striking “10" and inserting in lieu thereof “14".”
